Shipping and Handling Policy

We make our best efforts to ship all equipment within three business days of ordering as long as stock allows - if it has been more than three days and you have not heard anything please send us an email at support@painfreeforlife.com

Devices are all sent with a tracking number, and a signature required in countries that allow this.

Please note that any shipments leaving North America may be subject to importation taxes in the form of customs duties that vary from country to country. These import taxes/duties are beyond our control.

Packages are insured for replacement, not full value, this means that in the event of a lost package The Sana Shop will send a new package with the same equipment, but will not reimburse customers.

In the event that a package is returned due to a customer refusing to pay any import taxes/duties, the package will still be susceptible to the restocking fee and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Books ordered independently or in small orders may be sent directly from our publisher. This can take upwards of 3 weeks as they are printed to meet demand, but is done to keep shipping costs lower for our customers due to the weight of books. If you are concerned about a book order not having been delivered please email support@painfreeforlife.com for an update.
