Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
We make every effort to ship all equipment as quickly as possible and process orders in the order they are received. If it has been more than seven business days since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation or update, please contact us at support@painfreeforlife.com.
Fulfillment Delays
There are a few possible reasons your order may be delayed:

You ordered a high-demand product.

Your order contains items that are currently out of stock.
Can You Expedite My Order?
We understand the urgency, but cannot offer expedited shipping options due to global lengthened shipping times. If an item in your order is out of stock (or being custom created), we will hold the entire order until all items are available. If you would like us to split the shipment, we can attempt to do so for an additional shipping fee. Please contact us at support@painfreeforlife.com for assistance.
Shipping & Tracking
All devices are shipped with tracking numbers (exception of small book orders). A signature may be required upon delivery, depending on the regulations of the destination country and contents of the package.
Customs Duties & Import Fees
Please note:

International shipments (outside of North America) may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which vary by country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control.

Certain products, such as HomeFloww and Floww Stations, are often shipped directly from Europe and are more likely to incur additional customs fees.

U.S.-based clients may be subject to a small brokerage fee (generally under $10 USD).

US Customers concerned about tariffs: Please be aware that as of the current date (Nov 12, 2025) we remain exempt from tariffs under the USMCA so no US clients will be subject to tariffs (exceptions are supplements and blankets).
If a package is returned due to refusal to pay import taxes or customs duties, it will be subject to a restocking fee and refusal/return fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Insurance & Lost Packages
All packages are insured for replacement, not full retail value. In the rare event of a lost package, we will send a replacement shipment with the same equipment. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages.
Book Orders
Books ordered independently or in small quantities may be shipped directly from our publisher. These are printed on demand and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. This helps reduce shipping costs due to the weight of books. For updates on book orders, please contact support@painfreeforlife.com.
We are a small and dedicated team and value both dedication to our work as well as work/life balance and our own health. Orders are not processed or fulfilled on weekends or holidays. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
